How Taylor Stewart LLC sends text messages, and how to stop them
Text messages described on this page are sent by Taylor Stewart LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Taylor Stewart Consulting, 2110 Ranch Road 620 S, Lakeway, TX 78734. Taylor Stewart LLC sends account and activity notifications to people who have asked to receive them, for the software products the company builds and operates. These are informational notifications tied to something the recipient is already using. They are not marketing, they are not promotional offers, and we do not send messages to purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
The products that send notifications under this number are the ODUCrew War Room, a private draft board; TaskQ, a task and workflow tool; and CLEVER. Additional Taylor Stewart LLC products may send notifications under this number in the future, and every one of them follows the consent, disclosure, and opt-out practices described on this page.
Typical messages report that something the recipient is tracking has changed: an update posted to a shared board, an item assigned or completed, a status change, or a time-sensitive notice relating to an event already underway.
These products are in pre-launch development and have no customers. As of the date at the bottom of this page, the only people receiving messages are the two principals of Taylor Stewart LLC, who consented to receive notifications at their own mobile numbers for the products they are building and testing. No third party is receiving messages from this number today.
The consent, disclosure, and opt-out practices set out below govern every number added from here on, and they are already in force. They are published now so that the practice exists before the first outside recipient does, rather than being written after the fact.
Frequency varies by product and by activity. A recipient typically receives between one and four messages per week. During an active event, such as a live draft, messages may be more frequent for the duration of that event. Outside of active periods, messages are occasional.
Consent is verbal. The two numbers currently on the list belong to the principals of Taylor Stewart LLC, each of whom consented to their own number being added for testing the company's products.
For every number added after those two, consent is obtained the same way and in advance. In most cases the person asks a Taylor Stewart LLC representative to add their mobile number, in person, by phone, or in a live text exchange; in other cases the representative asks them. Either way, no number is added until the representative has read the disclosure below aloud and the person has affirmatively agreed to it. A person asking to be added is not by itself treated as consent, because the disclosure has to be given first.

If the person agrees, the representative reads the mobile number back to confirm it, then says:
“Thank you. I am adding [number] now. You will get a confirmation text in a moment. Reply STOP to that message if you change your mind.”

When a person agrees, the representative records the person's name, the mobile number, the program the consent covers, the date the consent was given, and whether it was given in person, by phone, or by text. That record is kept for as long as the number remains on the list, and is retained after removal as proof that consent was given and later withdrawn. No number is added to any program without a corresponding entry in that record, including the two numbers on the list today.
Every newly added number receives a confirmation message before any program message is sent:
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive no further messages from that program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been removed, and nothing after that. You can also ask to be removed by writing to info@tscgroup.co.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or write to info@tscgroup.co. A person will answer.
Taylor Stewart LLC does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your own mobile plan, and message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers collected for these programs are used only to send the messages described on this page. Taylor Stewart LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or consent information with third parties for their own marketing, and does not share them with affiliates for marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that transmit the messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
